All of our orders receive special selection care from us and any growing partners to ensure election only from healthy plants. We ask that you allow each product the recommended growing time provided in our growing information and seed packet information before considering a product unsatisfactory.
Seed and Merchandise Usage & Disclaimer:
By purchasing seeds and other garden merchandise (the “Product”) from The Cottage Seed Company (the "Company"), you the customer ("You" or "Your"), agree to use the Product solely for Your home garden use, and agree not to distribute, utilize, or re-sell the Product for any purpose. Additionally, the Company expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability whatsoever for Your violation of the above usage policy.

Seed Packets / Garden Merchandise - 30 Day Limited Refund or Replacement Policy
Policy Guidelines:
· The Company, at its own discretion, will evaluate Your request for return or refund on a case by case basis and may provide either a replacement order OR a refund on damaged or unsatisfactory products.
· Products must be purchased through our website at cottageseed.com and we require a valid order number to begin our evaluation of Your request for a replacement OR refund.
· The Company does not accept responsibility for product losses caused by extreme weather, neglect, or for products grown in a zone/climate that is conflicting to what the Company recommends.
